Environmental Tests in the Lab or Field

This multi-parameter photometer provides for the analysis of six important environmental parameters in nine ranges. Measured parameters include ammonia, chromium VI, cyanide, nitrate, nitrite and phosphorus. In order to improve resolution and cover a wider range, there are dual scales for ammonia, chromium and nitrite.

The HI 96724 meter measures the free and total chlorine content in water samples in the 0.00 to 5.00 mg/L (ppm) range. The method is an adaptation of the USEPA Method 330.5 for wastewater, and Standard Method 4500-CL G for drinking water.

The instrument comes with a guided calibration process called  CAL CHECK™ and is water resistant.  The lamp and filter units are protected from dust or dirt by a transparent cup. This makes the instrument ideal for field applications.

The HI 96724 uses liquid reagents so no need to worry about clogging or caking when taking it out in the field.

HI 96724 is supplied with (2) sample cuvets with caps, 9V battery and instruction manual.

HI 96724C is supplied with CAL CHECK™ standard cuvets, (2) sample cuvets with caps, 9V battery, cuvet cleaning cloth, scissors and instruction manual in a hard carrying case.
